Our founder
Jorge “George” L. Verar
George is a CPA licensed in Texas and the Philippines with more than 20 years in practice. He previously held the Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) and Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) designations, both now retired. His career has centered on audit, including PCAOB-standard audits of SEC registrants, along with fraud examination and IT controls.
He built JV CPA INC. to give smaller public companies and growing businesses the kind of technical reporting support usually reserved for larger clients, with a partner involved from the first call to the final filing.
