Founded in 2016 by Jorge Verar, JV CPA Inc. provides high quality outsource accounting and bookkeeping services to small businesses with a focus on smaller reporting for public companies in the healthcare and technology industries as well as trending categories.
JV CPA provides accounting and financial reporting services and CFO advisory for companies, preparing for PCAOB audit for purposes of initial public offerings, mergers and acquisition. Mr. Verar’s services in preparing the required financial statements for SEC annual and quarterly filing have been invaluable and have helped companies reduce their audit fees and other professional fees. He has also developed a team of accountants to provide his expertise in the accounting system and app integrations for underserved Not-for-Profit organizations.
His team also provides his expertise to design a systematic approach in establishing a cloud accounting system for a small business which requires an established internal control as well as meeting reporting deadlines.

Mr. Verar is known to be the go-to person in the accounting system, who likes to troubleshoot failed accounting and reporting systems and create the best workflow to minimize processing errors. He is often times called the “Handyman” of Accounting because he can fix any broken accounting system.
Throughout his professional career, Mr. Verar has helped clients of various financial profiles such as startups, penny stock companies and some multi-million dollar corporations in industries ranging from the medical field to the technology sector. Holding both a bachelors and masters degree in accounting, Mr. Verar spent over 20 years in the accounting field working for well-established accounting firms and held a CFO position with a healthcare firm prior to starting his own CPA firm in 2016.
In addition to being a CPA, Mr. Verar is also a Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE), received from Association of Certified examiners (ACFE) and a Certified Information System Auditor (CISA), received from ISACA, Information Systems Audit and Control Association which is an International professional association focused on information technology.
With a strong entrepreneurial spirit, Mr. Verar chooses to work with people just like him –small business owners. As a small business owner himself he empathizes with the pressure of owning a business and how hard the owners need to work in order to be successful. With that vigorous compassion, he is driven to help small business owners achieve efficiency in their accounting and financial records so they can focus on growth and increase their revenue.
On a personal level, Mr. Verar is very passionate about coaching individuals who want to start their own business but just don’t know where to start, or more simply, who want to find the meaning of life. He believes every individual should go for their dream, bring out their talents, use them to build the business they love and make good money.
